Harriet is a Kenya-based business and strategy consultant with deep expertise in organizational capacity building, financial management, and agribusiness diagnostics. Through Nova Elevate Network, she has worked with 52 agri-SME clients across aggregators, processors, and exporters; delivering financial health assessments, business strategy, and leadership development engagements that have strengthened businesses from the inside out.
